G.D. Goenka Public School, Paschim Vihar celebrated Independence Day and the Investiture Ceremony with immense pride and patriotism.
The occasion was graced by Dr. Urvesh Chaudhary, Director, Gitarattan International Business School, as the Chief Guest. The National Flag was proudly hoisted by esteemed Director Dr. Kabir Bedi and revered member of the management Mr. Praveen Aggarwal, along with the Chief Guest, marking the beginning of a celebration filled with patriotic fervour and national pride.
On this momentous day, the school also held its prestigious Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2025-26. Badges and sashes were conferred upon the newly elected prefectorial board by the esteemed members of the management. The Principal, Ms. Inderjit Kaur Batra, administered the solemn oath to the newly appointed council members.
The celebration was further enriched by vibrant patriotic performances and captivating tableaus presented by our students, portraying the vision of 'Viksit Bharat’ and reflecting the aspirations of a progressive and empowered India.
Head Boy Kabir Chadha and Head Girl Jessica Singh, on behalf of the prefectorial board, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the school management for this honour and promised to discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and dedication and to keep the Goenkan spirit alive.
