Nukkad Natak, is one of the means to bring a change in the society. The students of Grade VIII of G.D Goenka Public School, Paschim Vihar shared their voice and views through a Nukkad Natak on the topic 'Women Empowerment'. It was beautifully staged at the District Park, Paschim Vihar. This street play acted as a medium to sensitize people about the challenges and discrimination a woman faces in her life. The purpose of this street play was fulfilled as the participants were successful in making the audience aware of the significant role that a woman plays in a society and how she should be treated equally. The viewers were spell bound by the efforts put in by our young Goenkans.
