Admission to Nursery (Pre-School)-Session 2026 - 27

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Age: 3+ years as on 31^st March 2026.
2. For General Category Candidates

• Registration Forms will be available online and at the school Reception: From Thursday, December 4, 2025 to Saturday, December 27, 2025, at http://www.gdgoenkapaschimvihar.com.
• Last date for Registration will be Saturday, December 27, 2025 till 3:00 pm.

The following schedule will be observed for admission to Nursery (Pre-School):

IMPORTANT

ALL APPLICANTS MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING TO FILL THE FORM. THE FORM ONCE FILLED AND SUBMITTED CANNOT BE AMENDED AT THE APPLICANT’S END. HENCE IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE APPLICANTS READ THE FORM VERY CAREFULLY AND FILL FIELDS VERY ACCURATELY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. The field marked with (*) are mandatory fields and the form cannot be submitted until these have been duly filled.
2. Applicants must attach the mentioned documents in PDF/ JPEG format (in case of online applications) and self attested photocopies (in case of offline applications).
3. The admission schedule will be strictly followed; hence all deadlines may be noted.
4. ‘Criteria Points’ filled by parents should be accurate; these will be subsequently verified at the school end.
5.  Registration Fee of Rs.25/- must be deposited either online or at the school office.
6. Applicants must necessarily retain printout of the a) Acknowledgement Slip) Payment Receipt which will be required for further procedures.

In case after submission of the form the applicant identifies any error made by him/her, then the school must be approached as any amendment will only be possible at the school end.

Criteria of Admission 2026 - 27 NURSERY / PRE-SCHOOL
 

Note:- In the event of applications with identical scores eligible for admission being more than the number of seats, admission will be finalized by draw of lots amongst them.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NURSERY REGISTRATION:

1. Birth Date Proof 
   Self-attested photocopy of MCD – Birth Certificate.
2. Self-attested photocopy of Address Proof (any two of the following)
   a. Aadhar Card 
   b. Voter ID Card
   c. Rent Agreement
   d. Telephone Bill
   e. Electricity Bill / Water Bill
   f. Bank Statement
3. Photographs
   a. Child's Photograph
   b. Mother's Photograph
   c. Father's Photograph

      4. Proof of Sibling (If applicable)
     Self-attested photocopy of student’s ID card of sibling studying in G.D.Goenka Public School, Paschim Vihar.

     5. Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Child, Father, Mother.

     6. Self-attested photocopy of Medical Fitness Certificate of the Child from any M.B.B.S Doctor.
