Admission to Nursery (Pre-School)-Session 2022 - 23

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Age: 3+ years as on 31st March 2022.
  2. For General Category Candidates
  • Registration forms will be available online and the school reception: From Wednesday, December 15, 2021 to Friday, January 21, 2022, at http://www.gdgoenkapaschimvihar.com.
  • Last date for Registration will be Friday, January 21, 2022 till 3:00 pm.

The following schedule will be observed for admission to Nursery (Pre-School):

 1.   Online / offline filling and Submission of Registration Forms Wednesday, December 15, 2021, to Friday, January 21, 2022
 2. Uploading details of all children who apply for admission(under open seats) Friday, January 21, 2022
 3. Uploading marks (as per point system) given to all the children who applied for admission (under open seats) Friday, January 28, 2022
 4. The date for displaying  the first list of selected Candidates (including waiting list,
along with marks allotted under points system) on the school notice board

 5. Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email / verbal interaction)
regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list till		 Saturday, February 5, 2022, to Saturday, February 12, 2022
 6. The date for displaying  the second list of selected candidates (if any, including waiting list, along with marks allotted under points system)on the school notice board

IMPORTANT

ALL APPLICANTS MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING TO FILL THE FORM. THE FORM ONCE FILLED AND SUBMITTED CANNOT BE AMENDED AT THE APPLICANT’S END. HENCE IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE APPLICANTS READ THE FORM VERY CAREFULLY AND FILL FIELDS VERY ACCURATELY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

  1. The field marked with (*) are mandatory fields and the form cannot be submitted until these have been duly filled.
  2. Applicants must attach the mentioned documents in PDF/ JPEG format (in case of online applications) and self attested photocopies (in case of offline applications).
  3. The admission schedule will be strictly followed; hence all deadlines may be noted.
  4. ‘Criteria Points’ filled by parents should be accurate; these will be subsequently verified at the school end.
  5.  Registration Fee of Rs.25/- must be deposited either online or at the school office.
  6. Applicants must necessarily retain printout of the a) Acknowledgement Slip) Payment Receipt which will be required for further procedures.

In case after submission of the form the applicant identifies any error made by him/her, then the school must be approached as any amendment will only be possible at the school end.

THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION (OR ANY CORRECTION THROUGH THE SCHOOL) IS March 4, 2021. STRICTLY NO AMENDMENT / CORRECTION WILL BE POSSIBLE EVEN AT THE SCHOOL END AFTER March 4, 2021.

  5. Students ID card of sibling studying in the school
    Note : ( when uploading documents, please ensure the scanned copies are very clear, of good quality legibility, and where applicable, both sides of the documents are uploaded. Blurred documents will not be considered ).
